We ask all customers to register with Montredo, to ensure that all order updates are safely received. All we need is your name, home address, email address, and a password of your choice. It then only takes a few simple steps for you to place your order, however should you have any questions regarding the registration or ordering process, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will be more than happy to help you!

Very easily! Once you have chosen your watch, click the "Add to Cart" button and then "Proceed to Checkout". If you have not yet registered with us, at this point you will be asked to fill in all fields marked with an asterisk *. At the final part of the ordering process, you will be required to select your preferred payment method, and to review your information for any inaccuracies. Once you have placed your order, you will shortly receive an order confirmation email that includes the full details of your purchase. If you have not received this within 30 minutes of your order, please check your email junk inbox folder, or contact our Customer Service Team for further help. Before placing your order, please ensure that your desired payment currency is selected via the drop-down menu in the top-right hand corner of the Montredo website.
