Pay securely with Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Your payment transaction is protected by an additional two-step password protection service, provided by both Visa and MasterCard Secure Code. This provides you with the best possible credit card data security for your purchase.
PayPal covers you with optimal online buyer protection. With a PayPal account, your bank data is protected by the latest encryption technology, so there is no need to enter your card details directly. You’ll be redirected to our webpage to complete your order after the authorization of your purchase.
When you choose the bank transfer payment option, you will shortly receive an order confirmation email which contains the full Montredo bank account details. This will enable you to process your bank transfer payment at your earliest convenience. Please note that your order will only begin to be processed once the full amount of your payment has been successfully received.
Fair. Safe. Immediate. Flexible. In cooperation with easyCredit, we now offer our customers financing options, to enable them to select convenient repayment structures for their Montredo purchase. This financing option is in partnership with the German TeamBank AG, which has repeatedly been awarded the "Fairness in instalment Credit" seal of approval.
Only our German-based customers of full age, who purchase a watch with a gross value of between 200 and 5,000 Euro, are currently eligible for the easyCredit instalment plan. The contract duration is freely selectable, ranging from 6 to 36 months, while the monthly minimum payoff rate amounts to 20 Euro.
At Montredo, we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive the most competitive prices available. However in some cases, we are also prepared to check if a further price reduction may be possible. To request this, simply select your watch and click on the "Make Offer" button. We will then contact our concessionaires to try to renegotiate on the final price, and we will aim to get back in touch with you within 2-3 hours. Alternatively, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team directly, and we will see what we can do! Please note that if the “Make Offer” button is not visible on the product page, then a further discount is not possible for that particular timepiece.
Since we are an online-only business, we do not have any high-street retail spaces. However if you wish to visit our Berlin-based office, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team to arrange an appointment. Please note that we do not carry any stock at our offices, however we can arrange for your order to be shipped to our address in Berlin for collection. Payment must also be made prior to your item’s arrival, via our website. We are unfortunately unable to accept cash payment upon the collection of your item.
