The Westphalian watch brand MeisterSinger surely has every reason to celebrate this year: It was exactly 20 years ago, when Manfred Brassler officially laid the foundation stone for what would then become one of the world’s most popular and well-known single-hand watch brands.
The latest presentation, which gives a modern twist to a true MeisterSinger classic, is therefore presented in a correspondingly celebratory fashion.
Generally put, the Perigraph series is considered to be among the more timeless and restrained collections of MeisterSinger. However, this changes with the all-new Perigraph, whose date ring, delicate minute track (with its 144 five-minute markers) and calfskin strap now shine in a bold mellow yellow.
Perigraph watches have always been recognized for their clear dial structure and intuitive readability, not least thanks to their exposed date disc. Something that MeisterSinger has absolutely nailed here in our opinion is the fact that the rich yellow is countered with a deep steel blue, accentuating this contrast once again.
In typical Perigraph fashion, the brand makes use of an Sellita SW 200-1 inside the 43mm case. Thanks to the 6-fold screwed exhibition case back, you can even admire it from the back.
The Swiss automatic calibre has a power reserve of around 38 hours and features a beautifully decorated rotor adorned with golden MeisterSinger lettering. Underneath (but applied on the glass), you can also find a limited edition notice, as the new MeisterSinger Perigraph Mellow Yellow will only be available in 2021 and in a limited edition of 200 pieces.
As an authorised MeisterSinger dealer, the new MeisterSinger Perigraph Mellow Yellow will also be available at Montredo from mid-June and at an RRP of 1,790 euros.

Very cool release, I think this more informal approach fits the Perigraph perfectly.
