The “Wow” Effect – CODE41 X41 Edition 6

Since its inception in 2016, CODE41 has set itself the goal of making Swiss watchmaking accessible to everyone and worked for months to develop its latest coup: The successful X41 is back and is the result of their intensive work with the 6th edition.

A Breath of Fresh Air in the Business

The young team at CODE41 remains true to their authentic line by manufacturing and assembling the movement entirely in Switzerland. Just as with previous collections, the wow effect is also strong with the Edition 6 – that much can be revealed in advance.

Let’s first take a brief look back, as the X41 is well known for a few surprises; the price-performance ratio, the peripheral weight and the exclusive movement have already made a name for themselves. CODE41 also continues to ensure complete transparency in the production of its models, so that its community – for whom the limited-edition watches are ultimately intended – is precisely informed about the quality, the prices and the origin of the products, as well as being constantly involved in decision-making processes and in the various production steps. This breath of fresh air and the departure from the luxury image associated with fine watchmaking are what make the X41 models so attractive to many.

New Colours and Spectacular Materials

In their 6th edition, the skeletonised, handcrafted watches with the peripheral oscillating weight are entirely covered in sapphire, one of the most resistant and complex minerals ever – only a diamond is harder. These high-quality materials of the X41 models – most recently titanium (grade 5) and AeroCarbon – testify to resistance and wearing comfort: twice as light as steel, the latest generation of the X41 is particularly comfortable to wear on any wrist and is also recommended for athletes.

The transparency of sapphire makes it possible to admire the “heart” of the new X41 from all perspectives as never before. Only a few watch brands make a case like this, and if they do, the timepiece costs much more in comparison, because each production step takes longer and is made more complex by the high-quality material. The excellent price-performance ratio and the ambitious approach are therefore already reason enough for many watch fans to pre-order the spectacular models. The new colouring of the Edition 6 on the bridges and bezels are also highlights: Green and rainbow are the chosen combinations, voted for by the community from nine possibilities. The watch is also available with a transparent, high-quality bracelet, which together with the case design creates a sophisticated finish.
