Shipping Policy

1. Shipping partners and insurance
All watches are dispatched exclusively as fully insured value transport through our
shipping partners. Title to the goods passes only upon full payment.

2. Shipping costs
Shipping within the European Union is free. For deliveries outside the EU, a shipping
charge may apply; if it does, it is shown to you at checkout before you place your order.

3. Taxes and customs
- Within the EU, prices include statutory VAT.
- For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import VAT and customs duties
  are already included in the price at checkout (delivered duty paid). No further import
  charges arise for you on delivery.
- For deliveries to other countries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs
  fees may apply on arrival and are borne by the customer. The customer is regarded as
  the importer and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
  Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

4. Delivery countries
We currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia,
Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (metropolitan), Germany,
Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland,
Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States.

5. Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is shown on the respective product page and runs from
receipt of payment. Delivery times may be subject to usual postal fluctuations and to
delays caused by force majeure or events outside our control.

6. Partial deliveries
If your order is delivered in parts, shipping costs are charged only for the first
partial delivery.
