Mandatory Internship Category Management (m/f/d)

Every watch that goes live on montredo.com, whether it's a vintage Rolex, a new Omega or a rare independent brand, passes through Category Management first. You'd be the person making sure each one is listed, described and photographed in a way that does the watch justice and converts a browser into a buyer.

This is a mandatory internship of 3 to 6 months at our office in Berlin.

• Set up new products in the webshop and maintain accurate attributes (brand, reference, condition, material, year)
• Write product descriptions that are clear, accurate and tuned for conversion and SEO, using AI-assisted tools to speed up structure and clarity without losing a premium tone
• Keep listings consistent across the catalogue and help spot what's holding back conversion on existing ones
• Photograph luxury watches during inbound processing, following internal standards for lighting, angles and detail shots
• Make sure condition and key details are documented clearly enough that a customer never has to guess

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Media or related), with this internship mandatory under your curriculum
• Genuinely interested in luxury products, watches or e-commerce. This isn't a role for someone just filling a credit requirement
• Detail-oriented and structured, with strong written English and good German (at least B2)
• Comfortable with digital tools and open to using AI-assisted content workflows

• Photography experience. Not required, we'll train you

• Real ownership over listings that go live on a premium e-commerce site, not busywork
• Exposure to both category management and content work in one role
• A steep learning curve and a team that will explain the why, not just hand you tasks
• A front-row seat to how the secondary luxury watch market works

English (fluent, C1), German (very good, B2).
