Every new watch we sell comes from an authorised dealer or an official brand partner. That network, built up since 2012 and widened during our years with Les Ambassadeurs, is why we can find the reference that's sold out everywhere else, and why we can always tell you exactly where your watch came from. Pre-owned pieces are sourced just as carefully and checked here in Berlin before they ship.

Straight from the manufactures
For a growing number of manufactures we are an official partner, buying straight from the workshops that design, assemble and regulate the watches. Nothing passes through a middleman. That means current collections, the full manufacturer's warranty, and a direct line to the watchmakers themselves when a question comes up that we cannot answer. Several of them are small independents you will not find on any high street.

Every new watch comes from an authorised retailer or straight from the brand, so authenticity is settled long before it reaches us. We check every piece again here in Berlin anyway.

New watches arrive with the official warranty from the brand. Pre-owned pieces come with our own Montredo warranty.

Fully insured, discreetly packed
Tracked and insured to your door, with a person on the other end of the tracking number.

Fourteen days to be sure
Try it on your own wrist, in your own light. Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days.
