Working Student Customer Service (m/f/d)

When someone calls Montredo, they're usually about to spend a meaningful amount of money on a watch they've never held in person. That call is where trust either gets built or lost. You'd be one of the voices making sure it's built.

Working student position, 20 hours per week, on-site in Berlin, for at least 6 months.

• Handle inbound calls from customers, answering questions about specific watches, orders, shipping and company policies
• Take orders directly over the phone and make sure every detail is captured correctly
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing or prospective customers to keep relationships warm and support repeat business
• Pick up on issues during a call, calmly resolve what you can and know when to loop in a senior colleague
• Support email and chat queries when call volume allows, so you get the full picture of how customers reach out

• Native-level German speaker with fluent English
• Genuinely comfortable on the phone. This role is calls-first, not just occasional phone backup
• Calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail when capturing order information
• Proactive and curious, wanting to understand the product well enough to sound credible to a customer

• Interest in luxury products or e-commerce. We'll get you up to speed on watch knowledge

• Direct, daily customer contact in a business where the average order value is high and the conversations matter
• Real training in how to handle high-stakes customer conversations, a skill that transfers well beyond this role
• A collaborative, international team and an office right in Berlin-Mitte

German (native), English (fluent, C1).
