The Rolex GMT-Master II reference 116710BLNR is a 40 mm automatic dual-time watch in Oystersteel, with a black-and-blue Cerachrom two-colour ceramic bezel (nicknamed "Batman") and Oystersteel Oyster bracelet. It is powered by the Rolex calibre 3186 automatic movement with approximately 48 hours of power reserve and features an independently adjustable 24-hour GMT hand, a date display with Cyclops lens, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and water resistance to 100 metres.

The Rolex 116710BLNR features a black dial and is fitted with the three-link Oyster bracelet. This predecessor generation was superseded in 2019 by the current 126710BLNR, which added a Jubilee bracelet option and the newer calibre 3285 movement.
