The Speedtimer name comes from Seiko’s long history in sports timing, and this solar chronograph puts that function first. The 41.4 mm steel case carries a tachymeter and a layout that adds a 24 hour hand and a power reserve indicator to the chronograph, which times up to 60 minutes in fifth of a second steps. Curved sapphire sits above, with LumiBrite on the hands and indexes. The real argument is the calibre V192: fully charged it runs for roughly six months without light, holding ±15 seconds a month.
