“(At Louis Erard) we are talking about the product, the watch is the hero.” – Mr. Alain Spinedi, Louis Erard CEO
In the current episode of Meet the Manufacturer, we paid a visit to the Manufacture of Louis Erard at Le Noirmont, Switzerland. During which not only did we get to see how the Louis Erard classics, such as the Excellence collection and Heritage collection are made. We also had a conversation with Louis Erard CEO Mr. Alain Spinedi and the Company’s Product Manager, Mr. Arnaud Cuénoud to talk about what makes a Louis Erard watch stands out from its peers in the mechanical watch market.
Here is a sneak-peek of some of our favourite watches from Louis Erard featured in this episode of Meet the Manufacturer:
The Heritage collection at Louis Erard embodies the aesthetics of a classic, elegant watch, as well as the innovation in modern-day watchmaking. The Heritage Automatic Open Balance (Ref. 60287PR51.BARC80) exemplifies the key traits of this collection. The cut-out dial does not only give the watch an intriguing look, it is also a window for the wearer to have a glimpse into the inner-workings of a mechanical watch.
